Occurrence:

Most of the gastro intestinal problems like constipation, bloating, diarrhea etc. are believed to be associated with over eating, binging on junk food, travelling and changes in water. They cause fatigue and tiredness, thereby reducing one's efficiency. However, they could be caused by food hypersensitivity, of which Type III allergies or IgG allergies of food are very common/ Most often, GI manifests itself as IBS or Irritable Bowel syndrome and CD or Crohn's Disease.

Crohn's Disease is a painful condition that occurs as a result of inflammation of the digestive tract by IgG food allergens. It affects all the parts of the GI tract, especially the colon and bowel. The symptoms vary case to case. While some people have no symptoms at all, the others experience dysentery and stomach aches. Abstinence from IgG food allergens cause reduction and disappearance of symptoms.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome is a disorder of the bowel that could happen without prior warning. It could occur as a result of issues related to food hygiene or digestion. An intestinal infection could lead to IBS as well. IBS hampers the routine of a person and fluctuates from mild to severe symptoms. The type of foods consumed determines the severity of the condition. Reducing the intake of IgG foods helps to relieve the symptoms and improve the overall quality of life.
